Who is Arise Virtual Solutions?
Arise is our partner who handles the grunt work. They hit the pavement in search for large corporations (Fortune 20 to Fortune 500) that would like to outsource their customer service, sales, or technical support positions for you to service. Arise has been in business since 1994, is accredited, and is rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau. Arise has been featured on many major news networks including CNN, Good Morning America, Fox News, and many more. They are also a part of Michelle Obama's Joining Forces initiative, which is working to bring 100,000 jobs to veterans in need. What does the work involve?
This is not telemarketing there is NO cold calling involved. You would handle INBOUND calls only that have been routed from the clients' phone systems to your phone at your house. You will have the option to work in billing, sales or the tech department. You have the choice and pick the clients you would like to service. You will answer the call and service the customer while you are logged into the clients proprietary software on your computer. You will need a plain old telephone line (no voicemail or call waiting) high-speed internet. You will work with the customer to resolve any concerns and provide them with the information they need, then move on to the next call. Simple right?
What industries and clients will I service?
Our contracted companies include e-Commerce, Technology, Retail, Telecommunications, Travel and Hospitality, Financial Services, Utilities, Healthcare, and Automotive. Also, there are many top brands that consumers interact with on a daily basis.
I want to do this full-time. Can this be competitive to a full-time job?
The simple answer is, yes it can. You have the ability to earn anywhere from $9 an hour to $15 an hour depending on the client you choose to service. You will also be paid on performance and will receive incentives based on your performance.
Who is the client?
The client is one of the Fortune 500 companies that you will provide customer support services for.
Who is going to teach me how to service a client?
Once you finish up with the basic admissions and qualification process, you will enroll in the client's online training class provided on the Arise platform.
Do I have to be a US citizen or and live in The United States?
Yes. You must live in The United States and be a United States citizen. You must speak English, however, you are allowed to know multiple languages as long as English is the primary language.

Why is a background check required and what are the deciding factors to continue with the process?
Both Arise and our clients have high standards. Client Support Professionals (CSPs) provides customer support services for each client and has access to confidential information; therefore a background check is required to ensure that each potential CSP’s identity is confirmed and free from criminal history. Felonies and misdemeanors that include fraud are not permitted.
Will I need long distance on my home phone line?
It depends. Most calls will come to you via Arise's software. Your phone will be plugged into the wall however your virtual phone will be on your computer. Once you log in, the software will call your home phone and you will be receiving inbound calls while connected. There are 2 clients that require you to call Florida.
Will I be your employee?
Our team members, or CSP's, are independent contractors of HB Technology Staffing, LLC. You will receive a 1099 for your prior years' compensation. You must pay all of your own taxes. There are quite a few tax perks for being an independent contractor. Check with your local tax advisor for more information regarding tax perks.
How will I be paid?
You will be paid on the 15th and the last day of each month via direct deposit.
How many hours can I work and how much money can I make?
As much as you want. All of the clients have a minimum hour requirement which is usually 15 or 20 hours. You must work that to continue servicing that client. There are clients that have a weekly cap of 100 hours so if you're making on average $15.00 an hour times 100 hours you would earn $1,500 in a week. On the other hand, if you work 15 hours and make $15.00 you would earn $225 that week. It is totally up to you.
How long will it take before I can start earning money?
You will need to complete the admissions process, which can take as little as one day or as long as a week depending on how quickly you move through the steps. Once you pick your client, all that is left is your training and then you are earning money. The length of the training course varies with each client, so you will be able to find one to suit your needs.
Can I have another job while I provide services for Arise clients?
Of course, you can. You may wish to do this part time or full time. You are welcome to have another full-time job or a part-time job to supplement this.
